Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

  • We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over €500.

  • Please note, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes—kindly provide a valid physical address at checkout.

  • All orders are shipped using the methods outlined on our website.

 

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from our website.

  • When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Orders placed on national holidays or weekends will be processed on the following working day.

  • We strive to dispatch all orders within 10 business days, but specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

 

Taxes & Duties
 

  • All listed prices include European VAT.

  • For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT is automatically deducted at checkout. Please note that local import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are beyond our control. For more information, we recommend contacting your local tax office.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if we are not notified within this period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

Made-to-Order Items

  • Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. However, in certain cases, we may offer an exchange for another item.

  • You will be notified by email if your item is made-to-order before production begins. If you choose to proceed, we will begin production as confirmed. If you decide not to go ahead, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

  • If you prefer, we can arrange the return shipment for you. Simply email us at contact@isabellaroux.com with your order number, and we’ll provide a shipping quote. The return cost (typically €25–€50, depending on your location) will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you choose to arrange your own return, we strongly recommend using a tracked service such as DHL or FedEx, or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
