Sadhbh Isabelle Roux Fouillet

I am a Creative Director and Jewellery Designer working across design, brand, and product.

My work has taken me from Dublin to London and now Geneva, shaping an approach that moves fluidly between cultures, materials, and ways of making.

I founded Isabella Roux as an extension of my own practice, a name that could travel easily, while keeping the work personal.

When you come to me, you work directly with me, Sadhbh. I listen, question, and consider every detail, from the weight of the gold to the way a piece sits on the body.

I’ve always believed that jewellery is a physical answer to a simple question:

How do you want to feel?

Journey

I launched my brand in 2018 from my East London studio. Since then, it has moved with me, shaped by collaborations, private clients, and work across Europe.

Isabella Roux is my space to create freely, to explore material, form, and the relationship between a person and what they wear.

Each piece begins with someone. I respond to their energy, their preferences, their way of being, translating this into jewellery that feels natural, strong, and personal. A design journey in itself.

My training began in Dublin, followed by a Master’s at the Royal College of Art. After over 15 years in London, I moved to Geneva to begin a new chapter with my family.

Roots

My Irish roots remain a constant influence. The landscape, the light, the quiet strength of nature, these have shaped how I see and how I design. There is a sense of raw beauty and depth that continues to guide my work. The west coast of Ireland is where I return to reset. Its wildness, its stillness, its sense of time stays with me.

At the centre of everything I do is a desire to create pieces with meaning. Jewellery that holds presence, that connects, and that feels deeply personal to the person wearing it.

The west coast of Ireland is where I return to whenever I am seeking grounding, calmness, connection to the energies and myslef. Its magical, golden light and wild, windswept beauty. The majesty of the landscape, shaped by nature over millions of years. That land will forever be a part of me. Whenever I am lost, I come back to this, and it reminds me of what is important, real and beautiful.

Craftsmanship

At the heart of it, my love is for people, creativity and craftsmanship, making work and making good realtionships through that work.

I am a trained maker and goldsmith, so I can bring a deep understanding of how jewellery is created.

I love to work closely with a network of small workshops and master artisans, fostering long-term creative relationships and honouring European making traditions. Ethical materials and thoughtful design choices are central to my process.

"The ability to look deeply is the root of creativity. To see past the ordinary and mundane and get to what otherwise might be invisible."
