MONA is a brand I adore.

Carla has been building it since our early days in London together. From London to Ibiza to Dublin, she’s grown MONA beautifully, bold, independent, entirely her. She is one of the coolest and bravest women I know.

The Shoot Itself

She wasn’t into the photographer, so she styled, shot, produced, and pulled it all together herself, calling in friends as models. The result looks like a full production team was behind it. It wasn’t.

If she cant find what she wants, she will do it herself, her way. 

I love that about her. Carla is calm, sharp, quietly fearless. Always fresh, with a cheeky laugh, yet serious about her work  in the studio, with her prints, and with her team.

Do it your own way

When I start questioning whether there’s a “right” way to build something, she reminds me there isn’t. There’s only your way. And that’s the whole point.
